The NIO EP9 is a single-generation model that was produced in a very limited number for a short period. There were no distinct generations, but there were two main production runs: First Batch: 2016 (Six cars were initially produced and sold to NIO investors). Second Batch: 2017-2019 (Ten additional cars were made for sale to the general public).
