Venturi was a French sports car manufacturer founded in 1984. Initially aiming to rival Porsche, they produced stylish and powerful grand tourers and sports cars. Later, Venturi shifted its focus to electric vehicles, developing innovative and high-performance EVs. Though production numbers were limited, Venturi remains a notable name in French automotive history, particularly in electric mobility.

210-260 Convertible

The Venturi 210 and 260 Convertibles, produced from 1988-1996, were open-top sports cars. Known as the "Transcup," their unique targa-to-convertible roof system provided versatile open-air motoring.

The Venturi convertible models are part of the first-generation MVS/Venturi family, with production and naming evolving over time. MVS Venturi Transcup: 1988-1991 (Initial convertible model with various engines). Venturi 210 Transcup: 1991-1995 (With the 2.5L engine). Venturi 260 Transcup: 1991-1996 (With the more powerful 2.8L turbocharged engine, the most common model). (Note: The Venturi Atlantique Convertible/Roadster replaced this model line starting in 1996).


210-260 Coupe

The Venturi 210 and 260 Coupés, produced from 1987-1995, were early Venturi models. As the foundation for the later Atlantique, these French sports cars were known for their elegant design and powerful PRV V6 engines.

The Venturi 210 and 260 are considered part of the first-generation Venturi Coupé/Transcup series that evolved over its production run. MVS Venturi Coupé (various power outputs): 1987-1990. Venturi 210 Coupé: 1991 (With a 2.5L engine). Venturi 260 Coupé: 1991-1994 (With a 2.8L turbocharged engine). Venturi 400 GT: 1994-1997 (A limited-edition, high-performance variant based on the same platform).


Atlantique

The Venturi Atlantique, produced from 1991-2000, was a luxurious, mid-engine French sports car. It was celebrated for its elegant Pininfarina-inspired design and powerful V6 engines.

The Venturi Atlantique is a single model that was produced in several distinct versions with different powertrains and styling. Atlantique 260: 1991-1996 (Initial model, a revised version of the earlier MVS Venturi, with a 2.8L turbocharged V6). Atlantique 300: 1996-1998 (Major facelift with smoother, more modern styling and a 3.0L V6 engine, either naturally aspirated or with a single turbo). Atlantique 300 Biturbo: 1998-2000 (The final, most powerful version, with a twin-turbocharged 3.0L V6 engine).

Trophy

The Venturi 400 Trophy, produced from 1992-1994, was a track-focused race car built for a one-make series. With its powerful twin-turbo V6, it was a rare French competitor to the world's best.

The Venturi Trophy is a single generation that was specifically built for the "Gentleman Drivers Trophy" racing series. Venturi 400 Trophy: 1992-1994 (A total of 73 cars were built for the racing series, which ran until 1995. Some were later converted for road use as the Venturi 400 GT).
