The 403 Comfort De Luxe Saloon is fitted with separate front seats which adjust forwards and backwards and can be turned into beds. All front doors are fitted with arm-rests, inside locks and door arresters.
The two front doors have locks on the outside. There is a choice of interior trim: either in cloth of various colours or resistant plastic coated fabric, all matched to the body colours.
Front windows equipped with lockable quarter vents. The perfectly water tight sliding roof is easily operated while driving and can be locked in all open positions. The special child proof safety locks of both back doors stop the doors from being opened from the inside. A roof-rack can be quickly and safely fitted on to the roof mounting points. The vast boot of the 403 7 Saloon and the 403 Comfort can hold 5 or 6 suitcases and a few small bags. The boot lid lifts easily by means of a compensating spring device.
