For those who appreciate fine mechanics, there’s one brand that is miles ahead of the rest.

A brand of just two letters – MG. MG is the ultimate representation of the classic English sports car and guarantees pure driving pleasure. The MG has always been a sports car for men who know what they want. A stylish vehicle for the man who demands more from a car than the average. For the man who values fast and smooth acceleration and outstanding road handling. Who wants a car that does exactly what he asks of it.

It’s a bit of a joke to stick a few rally stripes and a GT badge on an ordinary family car and pretend it’s a Gran Turismo designed for long journeys. A real GT combines formidable performance with comfort. Its design is elegant, with a timeless beauty that ignores fleeting fashion trends in body styling.

Open the tailgate on the 1975 MGB GT and you’ll find a luggage space of just under 300 dm³. And the generously sized, polyurethane bumpers that wrap around the body provide soft protection against careless parkers—without compromising the car’s beautiful lines.

1975 MG MGB GT is a true GT in classic style.

Anyone who drives a car like the MGB GT wants to know and feel what’s happening. That’s why the car is equipped with an extremely precise rack-and-pinion steering system. Especially in a car meant to be driven sportily, safety is essential. That’s why the elegant light-alloy steering wheel is mounted on a collapsible safety steering column. To keep the driver informed about what’s going on under the hood, the MGB GT features a full set of clearly legible instruments at a glance—a tachometer for optimal gear shifting, a water temperature gauge, an oil pressure gauge, a speedometer, and a fuel gauge. Naturally, the equipment includes much more, such as two-speed windshield wipers and electric washer jets, air vents at face level, a heater, exterior mirror, and an anti-dazzle interior rearview mirror mounted at the top of the windshield.

Tired drivers make poor drivers.

That belief guided the design of the seats in this magnificent MG. The BGT is fitted with two individual seats with fully adjustable backrests, so you can set your ideal driving position. And in the MGB GT, passengers no longer stick to their seats in summer or shiver in winter—the seats are luxuriously trimmed with cord-nylon upholstery.

The 1975 MG MGB GT is powered by the famous “B” engine, known for its brisk acceleration, and comes with a fully synchronized 4-speed gearbox that allows you to extract the full potential of the engine. An optional overdrive is available, which allows for high cruising speeds with lower fuel consumption. When it comes to strong braking, the MGB GT won’t let you down. It’s equipped with efficient disc brakes at the front and large drum brakes at the rear. Even under repeated heavy braking, there’s no loss of braking power, and the car comes to a stop in a straight line. MGs have always been renowned for their superb road handling, and the MGB GT proudly continues this tradition. Independent front suspension with coil springs and a stabilizer bar, combined with proven rear suspension using semi-elliptical leaf springs, makes cornering an absolute pleasure.
