Powered by a direct-injection 2.0 litre turbo four-cylinder petrol-electric engine, with a combined power output of 255kW and 648Nm of torque, the Tank 500 has enough performance to accelerate from 0-100km/h in just 8.3seconds. Not bad for a vehicle that weighs a commanding 2,605kg and has a max towing capacity of 3 tonnes. Thanks to the GWM developed 9-speed automatic gearbox and 9 all-terrain driving modes including Sports, Snow, Sand, Rock, and Expert, there’s almost nowhere this vehicle can’t go.
